Who we are
Elaine has been professionally designing and developing for over twenty years, specializing in branding, web design and strategy work for clients in the university, academic, non-profit, and Government sectors. Before starting Universe, Elaine was a senior designer and web developer at several Toronto universities.
Elaine is a unique designer as she is a creative artist first but also loves the technical problem-solving side of web design and development. Elaine is known for her contemporary style, her quick turnarounds, as well as her accessibility knowledge which she applies to every design she creates.
